Install and first use
How do I install on Windows?
Download the installer, choose an install location, and complete setup. Connect your camera and allow desktop apps to access the camera in Windows Privacy settings. The installer is currently unsigned; if Windows shows an unknown publisher warning, verify the source and SHA-256 checksum before continuing.
How do I install on Mac?
Open the DMG and drag the app to Applications. Allow camera access on first launch; if access was denied, enable it under System Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera. This is an unnotarized preview release, so macOS may block the first launch. Verify the source and use the Open option provided by macOS.
Why do available parameters differ between cameras?
Available controls depend on the camera and system driver. The macOS preview only shows controls reported as adjustable with valid ranges; features may differ between Windows and macOS.
